- Entrepreneurs are not born from scratch. They are made by being in the environment and education.
- Not all people are entrepreneurs and being an employee is a valuable job.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere of society in some cases encourages people to create businesses in an unconventional way. Social networks, media, etc. are constantly promoting entrepreneurship and criticizing employees. This causes employees to leave their jobs and go to businesses where they fail, and organizations face a shortage of staff. By answering the question of who is an entrepreneur, people understand whether they can manage a business or not.
Entrepreneurs are people who have the right personality traits for this work and are interested in it. Maybe entrepreneurs start their work alone; But after a short period of time, to develop the idea and turn it into a business, they must have a team and manage team work in the best way. For this reason, leadership is a characteristic of successful entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship is not an overnight path and has many difficulties. Another false belief that yellow content has conveyed to people is that entrepreneurship is easy. Many people think that entrepreneurship means providing a product or service according to their idea, finding customers easily, the number of their customers increasing day by day, and after some time reaching their desired wealth!
Entrepreneurs are not robots who can work without rest on the path of creating their desired business and work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week until they achieve the desired result. It is interesting to know that in the past centuries, entrepreneurs were known as crazy people! But in fact, they are people who leave the routine of life and the safe margin and go to new experiences for new achievements.
